- Personally, I don’t have resolutions. I pray that we take one day at time giving thanks for seeing any day above ground. Preferably in our right minds able to be a blessing always to others and love one another. Happy New Year – Vivian Rogers, Scheduling
- My goal for the year is to be in better shape when I turn 60 in December than I was when I turned 50. (Of course, at age 49 I had shoulder surgery, emergent spinal fusion after breaking my neck on a mountain bike in Utah, a knee operation, and then a melanoma removed – so perhaps I should set loftier goals?!! – Mike McMullan, Cardiology

- My team had a “Periscope Meeting” before the holidays to map out our goals and strategies for 2024. Every year we pick a word of intent for our team. Our 2024 word of intent is “anchored” meaning we want to stay the course and remain focused on achieving our goals even if/when we hit rough waters. – Denise Lafferty, MIND Center
