Dr. Gailen D. Marshall celebrates 20 years of service at UMMC! He received both his PhD in Immunology and MD from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and internal medicine training at the University of Iowa. Marshall completed his residency, chief residency and Allergy-Immunology fellowship at the University of Tennessee at Memphis. Marshall holds several roles at UMMC, including Division Director of Clinical lmmunology in the Department of Medicine, Professor of Medicine, Pediatrics, Pathology, and Population Health Sciences, Executive Director of the Mississippi Clinical Research and Trials Center and Vice Chair for Research in the Department of Medicine.
