Internal Medicine Residency Class of 2025 Achieves 100% ABIM Board Pass Rate

The Internal Medicine Residency Class of 2025 achieved a 100% pass rate on the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) certification exam — an exceptional outcome compared to the national average pass rate of 87%.

This achievement highlights the dedication and hard work of the residents, supported by the outstanding efforts of educational leadership. Dr. Calvin Thigpen leads the team as Program Director along with seven Associate Program Directors (APD), four chief residents, and exceptional education staff. They played a key role in preparing the class for this success through their ongoing commitment to excellence in medical education.
