Hayley Hammon recently joined the Department as the Associate Director of Administration and Finance. Hayley joins us from Merit Health Medical Group, where she was the Regional Practice Administrator for Rankin and Madison counties. She obtained her Masters of Business Administration at LSU-Shreveport in 2020 and a bachelor degree in Health Sciences from UMMC in 2014. With 18 years of experience in the healthcare field, Hayley has managed various primary care and specialty clinics throughout her career at St. Dominic’s Hospital and Capital Orthopedic. In addition to her administration and finance background, Hayley has also been a Registered Radiological Technologist since 2005. “We are excited to have Hayley join us. She brings a wealth of experience and is a great addition to the team,” says Russell Boles, Vice Chair of Finance and Administration for the Department.
