Dr. Gailen Marshall, Faser Triplett Sr. MD Chair in Allergy and Immunology and Interim Division Director of Rheumatology, recently was a recipient of the Richard L. Summers Outstanding Achievement in Clinical Research Award. Marshall was recognized during the Excellence in Research Awards Ceremony last month, where he also received the Silver Medallion Award for receiving more than $500,000 in extramural funding for the past fiscal year. Charlotte Hobbs, Professor of Pediatric Infectious Diseases also was a recipient of the research award. Congratulations Dr. Marshall!
