Congratulations to Dr. Louis Puneky on celebrating 20 years at UMMC! Dr. Puneky is an Associate Professor in the Division of Hematology and Oncology and specializes in gastrointestinal malignancies. He completed medical school at Louisiana State University followed by residency and fellowship at UMMC. For the past two decades, Dr. Punkey has cared for countless patients with malignancy and has been pivotal in the teaching of the department’s students, residents, and fellows.
