Tell us about yourself. Witnessing the gruesome reality of health disparities early in my career sparked a particular interest for neglected tropical diseases and global health. At the moment, I am focused in further describing and educating clinicians on MIS-A (Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome in Adults) post SARS-CoV-2. In my spare time I enjoy spending time outside on hikes, biking, traveling and meeting people from different walks of life and cultural backgrounds. 

What are you most looking forward to working at UMMC? Having the opportunity to take care and learn from patients with a broad spectrum of complex diseases as well as teach and share my experiences with learners at all levels in their careers.
