Recap: ACP Abstract Day
The Department of Medicine and American College of Physicians hosted 2022 ACP Abstract Day on October 27th. The day included 111 posters and 6 oral presentations delivered by students, residents, and fellows from UMMC and statewide.
Each year students graduating from allopathic medical schools in the United States are asked to complete a Graduation Questionnaire by the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC). Welcome New Interns and Fellows!
We welcomed 57 interns and 26 fellows to the Department of Medicine this month! This includes 25 categorical, 1 primary care, 5 medicine-pediatrics, and 26 additional preliminary or rotating interns who will spend anywhere from 6-12 months in the Department.
