The 5th Annual Department of Medicine Scholarship Day was held on May 5th in the Student Union. The day began with a poster session featuring clinical vignettes, clinical research, and basic science research authored by both trainees and faculty. The Nephrology Division earned recognition by authoring the most posters. The event concluded with Medicine Grand Rounds by the keynote speaker, Dr. Jim Oates, Professor of Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina.
